What is the ITU Smart Incubator

Programme conceived to facilitate the achievement of ITU-T Strategic Objective T.2 by linking innovations to the standardization process in the definition, promotion and adoption of ITU-T standards and specifications. Intended for start-ups or SMEs using frontier technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT), to name a few

Enhancing ITU standards based on feedback received from the implementing start-ups and SMEs.

Aiding the creation of timely ITU Standards in the new technological areas, by using the various start-up and SME use cases as models. This will feed back to the ITU-T Study and Focus Groups.
